Into the Way-back Machine

October 3rd, 2007

Last night I was printing a few pictures of the Milwaukee Museum of Art that my mom had requested. These are a couple of years old at this point, but after reworking them for printing, I felt like they were worth posting again. I think these were shot with the Hexar RF and CV Nokton 35 1.2 on Neopan 400 developed in D76. This is still one of the coolest buildings I’ve ever seen.

Kate also made of movie about this place. Check it out here. Turn your volume up, as the audio is a bit low.

I like good architectural shots, and these are definitely good. The lens is nice also, although Biogon with this type of subject would have resulted even more surgical. I am trying to see which 400 ISO film to settle on, without having to vary the dev time. I am trying Delta 400 exposed at 500 for normal development in T Max, what do you think my chances are?

Marek, that should be fine. I think I tried that combo when I initially started playing around with Delta 400.
